[PC-NCSG] Fwd: Olympic mark

Hi KK,

As Bill mentioned previously, discussion on the NCSG list has been fairly
uniform against special protection sought by the IOC and the Red Cross.  I
have not seen convincing arguments otherwise.  Therefore, I support the
former.
