Dear Rafik and Pascal,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to reiterate my interest in chairing the Finance Committee, a
role that I believe my experience as former Vice Chair has prepared me for.

In my humble opinion, experience counts significantly in our voluntary work
at ICANN. Given my pedigree and previous contributions to the committee, I
am confident that my leadership will be beneficial to this administration,
particularly under your guidance, Rafik.

As we approach the end of ICANN's financial year, I urge you both to
endorse my chairmanship. This will enable us to make meaningful progress
and achieve our goals.

Rafik, as a respected friend, ICANN colleague of long years, and current
NCSG Chair, I encourage you to leverage your leadership to streamline
NCSG's finances and explore opportunities for improvement, which for me was
some of the core reasons we voted you back. A stable financial foundation
is crucial for our community's growth and advocacy efforts.

By supporting my candidacy, you will be contributing to the committee's
effectiveness and the NCSG's overall success. I appreciate your
understanding, cooperation, and anticipated feedback.
