Thanks Renata and Joan for the directions and supports both of you have
jointly advanced for FC to excel. I think its important to commend that and
to urge and pray that whoever takes over from you both learn this rope for
the growth and unity of NCSG constituencies.

Farzaneh's support in strengthening the process cannot be over-looked. It
takes a vision to achieve what have been achieved under her leadership in
NCSG.

However, I really do not think FC has to be shopping around for
opportunities to engage the community unless the best is not expected of
FC, because I do not also see how you can be in an ICANN meeting with a
funding from another working group and not be committed to the WG and
eventually not meeting the optimal mandate of FC to that meeting, hence, I
will earnestly urge NCSG EC via the chair to provide an enabling
environment for FC to explore its focused mandate, especially in following
the money within ICANN and apparent networking required beyond mere
information gathering where the money is to translate to dividends for NCSG.

There is more to human elements in networking than mere writing e-mails.
Mind you, here we are talking about funding, so we must realise that
definitely there is huge difference in *face*-to-*face *engagement and
mediated *communication*.

I will solicit the support of NCSG leadership (via Farzaneh) in this regard
to support the current FC desire to work and make its own contributions to
the growth and seeing improved processes within NCSG, to assist FC and NCSG
mainstream ICANN finance as dreamt and deem necessary for the benefit of
NCSG and NCSG-FC we want.

So, I hereby reiterate that we are much better as a united team both in FC
and NCSG by seeing and availing every NCSG Committee an enabling
environment it require to excel based on its work plan. Either by omission
or commission, FC seems alienated for so long and we must join forces now
to ensure this FC works and for the benefit of NCSG in all its entirety.

Best of the day and thanks in anticipation to all for your continuous
support.

Remmy Nweke
