[NCSG-FC] Action items/notes

Hi Thato, All

1) Yes, we are agreeing that the funds will be sent to NCUC, with oversight
from the FC and directions NCSG EC; and
2) To explore the pros and cons of an incorporated body.

As I mentioned during the call, having a separate entity requires its
management of the whole organization, including funds, bylaws, reporting,
programs, etc.  what is needed is an agreement of a way forward to
distribute the funds, so and that those funds are overseen by the FC and
directions from NCSG EC.

It is good to explore the possibility of an incorporated organization as a
long term strategy.
