[NCSG-FC] Invoices added

There are new invoices added to the Google file. I have paid the latest
invoice for the rest of our development/discovery block. Things are going
well with the CIVICRM development.

I am going to pay and get reimbursed for our monthly payments this won't
change until NCSG has a bank account and some money in the bank account. So
I will be doing this as a favor to NCSG (well I get reimbursed but paying
and submitting and getting reimbursed is a hassle) until probably April
2019 (I am hopeful).
