[NCSG-FC] [Ext] Re: NCSG FC meeting # 2 notice and requests

Hi all
I think what I understand when we took over this role was that both chair
of NPOC and NCUC are observers without voting powers.

However, I do not think its bad structure with assumption it's adopted in
the operating procedure for FC. I am sure their inclusion here had everyone
agreement hitherto, so no fuse. It affords FC to build the required inroads
much faster within the NCUC and NPOC leaderships.

This should be sustained IMO and I support proposal by Renata in this
respect.

With regards to the process, it's for the call to be made at the
appropriate and agreed time, not by fait or coercion.

This FC needs people who will really add value and ready to work to build
FC of our dreams, moreso when all these are largely voluntary.

If memory serves me right, this was to come at ICANN63 and formal call
thereafter.

While the Oracle's will be there for consultations as at when due and
mentoring towards the FC we want.
