[NCSG-FC] Observer Status

 Hello,
  
 In an earlier post Tapani Tarvainen pointed out that we haven't 
specifically defined the role of Observer on the Finance Committee. He made 
the observation that in ICANN writ large observers receive list submissions 
but are not allowed to post. In other NCSG lists posting privileges are 
granted.
  
 What do we want to do here on the FC?
  
 I'll let the other FC members make the initial responses here.
