[NCSG-FC] FY18 - NCSG requests

Hi Sam,
  
  
  
  I would suggest that NCSG look beyond ICANN in terms of seeking funds, 
and in terms of what the funds are to be used for.
  
 I agree completely, and the Charter does expect us to do just that. I'll 
take that as a prompt and will put it on the agenda for our F2F meeting.
