[NCSG-FC] Face to Face Meeting(s) of the Finance Committee

Ed,

I will physically be in Reykjavik at that time. I am there at my own 
expense and  I am not (as of now) a delegate to the intersessional.
  Does that mean I access this remotely or do I come in person.
