[NCSG-EC] [NCSG-PC] ICANN86 Sessions

Hi Andrea,

for ICANN86, we should go with the same schedule like last time but we
should secure the meeting with CPH instead. Can we schedule the whole day
on Tuesday. For ALAC and SSAC, I need to reach them out and confirm if they
agree to meet with us. For the HRIA session, it will be open for now till
we decide on the title.
