[NCSG-EC] EC meeting at ICANN86

Hi everyone,

We will have our EC meeting tomorrow. Theorose, Botulife and I will be
attending in person here in Seville, while Tomslin and Wale will join us
remotely if possible.

I expect the meeting to be brief. The agenda is as follows:

1. Introduction
2. Application review
3. Next steps regarding operating procedures (including elections)
