We’re writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our CiviCRM hosting rates. This decision was not made lightly and comes after careful consideration of the increasing costs associated with providing the high-quality hosting services you’ve come to expect.

As a valued client, we want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining the exceptional level of service you’ve experienced. To continue delivering the robust, secure, and reliable hosting environment for your CiviCRM website, we need to make this adjustment.

Your current hosting plan includes the following benefits:

  *   per year of CiviCRM, CMS, and related extensions

We understand that any price increase can be unexpected. We want to emphasize that this adjustment is necessary to ensure we can continue to invest in the infrastructure, security measures, and support resources required to maintain the exceptional service you deserve.

Your new rate will be $80 per month, effective May 15, 2025, the date of your next hosting invoice. Instead of billing annually like we have previously, we are shifting to a monthly plan that will be combined with your monthly invoice. This gives you the flexibility to add, upgrade, or remove servers more easily and hopefully lessens the financial strain of paying a lump annual amount. If you prefer to remain on the annual plan, we can provide that at your request though the total price will be the same. Your previous annual plan covered hosting through May 2025, so you should see the new monthly hosting charges for June on the monthly invoice for May.
