[NCSG-EC] More ICANN82 Information

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for sharing this. I get that we are moving to austerity period and
slowly slowly ICANN meetings will be scaled down. For the sessions we
requested, I think next available meeting room would be fine for now and we
can assess later. Maybe it would be tricky for some joint meetings but for
ALAC and GAC they can host us in their rooms. We can get the largest room
for meeting with CSG and CPH?
