[NCSG-EC] NCSG - Trying to understand our members' distribution.

Hi Jean,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I cannot make any conclusion on how aggregation or reports for total or
region are being made in civicrm as I am just in initial steps to
understand the setup, relation to the vendor etc.

We can use election check-in process to ask members for updates but only
part of membership respond. We can reach all in way to engage and update.
However, data cleaning and update might take time and effort since it will
likely involve manual work. For point like voting, that is already handled
with the check-in process.

Anyway, I will bring this to NCSG EC to work on plan for membership data
update and management in addition to application review and members status.
We can work on parallel about members engagement. Hope we will fix this and
have something sustainable.
