[NCSG-EC] NCSG Wiki - Sections updates

I agree with the idea of joining them and making all the info be on the
same place. We can ask Andrea to see if this is possible, and then ask for
the perspective of the NPOC EC + NCUC EC and their respective communities.

I forgot to think of a deadline to collect inputs on what to update and
what to improve - considering it does not require much time to just check
superficially and point out the pages to be modified (which will be our
first step here), can we proceed to the next phase (consulting
Constituencies ECs) after August, 21th?
