[NCSG-EC] Member application approvals

Dear NCSG EC members,

If you haven't done so recently, please have a look at the pending
member applications at:

https://members.ncsg.is/ncsg-membership-applications-responsive
https://members.ncsg.is/ncsg-membership-applications-orgs

and give your "yes" or "no" vote. Remember that approvals have to
be unanimous, so even one "no" is a no go, and if you vote "no"
you need to provide a reason (approval needs no reason).
