Thanks Robin!

George is a special problem, as there were so many duplicates. We all
agreed to approve him, but didn't decide which of the duplicates,
so it doesn't matter which one you choose - one is enough.

The second half of the issue is adding a reason of rejection
for the ones that have been rejected but with no reason indicated,
and revisiting the ones where the rejection reason is lack of
information but where the information was not readily visible'
unless you followed the extra detail link.
