[NCSG-EC] ICANN76-NCSG EC Meeting-Sign-up Room

Hello!

I have a note that Julf would like to try to have an NCSG EC meeting in Cancun. The sign-up rooms are not available yet, but now that the schedule is published, I wanted to try to get an idea of when this meeting should be held. Reminder, sign-up rooms do not have support or services.
