[NCSG-EC] Fwd: Please respond | CCOICI Membership Update

Heya, Julf, there's no operating procedures for the chair role or even a
roadmap of the work, but I have been trying to work on something to share
with you.

I'm also going to add my 2 cents about CCOICI here: As I said before, the
group only allows for GNSO Councilors and - despite the slot division per
SG and Constituencies - at NCSG theres no such thing as a "NPOC Councilor".
We have been doing all policy discussions at the SG level for years and I
would like to suggest we keep it that way in order to avoid showing
preference for one of the Cs.

If there's agreement with PC - the space that should deliberate about such
nominations - about Juan's name, I'd insist he remains as the NCSG liaison
or member at CCOICI and not NPOC, or that he at least compromises with
setting a conversation with Council members. Knowing Juan I dont think this
will be any issues for him (:
