Hi Raoul and Julf,

I was just informed that Juan Manel would be remaining on the CCOICI as 
the NPOC representative, as the NPOC does not currently have a member on 
GNSO Council.

I have confirmed with staff that even though the requirement is a 
council member, this will work so that NPOC still has a representative 
on the CCOICI.
