[NCSG-EC] [NPOC-EC] ICANN76 Sessions

Hi Andrea,

As Julf said, we still have a couple of outstanding ones especially the
continued conversation on NomCom rebalancing with the Pilot Holistic Review
teams, Avir and Cherly.

I'm making a proposal for that consideration.
