[NCSG-EC] NCSG EC Meeting

Technically I am only a pro forma person on this list, but I do agree
with Bruna that members need to commit they can make the meeting, How
long has it been since the membership applications have been approved?
we are in breach of our own charter if it has been months, and it sure
feels like months. SO a fire should be lit under elected members, this
is important.
My 2 cents (recognizing that I was not good at lighting fires under the
EC when I was chair :-))
