[NCSG-EC] NCSG EC Meeting

Heya, Andrea, thanks for this email.

So, first of all I think we need a compromise from other EC members that
this meeting will actually take place. We have scheduled meetings before
and it was often the case that no one showed up. So before scheduling it
yet again I'd wait until we had answers from more than just two EC members.

Having said that, I am free next week and on the week of July 25th.
