[NCSG-EC] ICANN 74 - GNSO Funded Travellers

Thanks for alleviating these concerns about the waiver, Bruna. It's been
discussed that some of the clauses would be invalid in EU anyway and that
this is simply overreach after the worst pandemic. I personally will have
no problems signing it.
