[NCSG-EC] ICANN 74 - GNSO Funded Travellers

Bruna,

Thank you very much. I originally was a bit dismissive of the concerns
people had with the waiver we have to sign in person. What are
your thoughts on it? It seems pretty onerous. Caveat: I am not a lawyer,
and don’t know if this is standard practice.
