[NCSG-EC] call with NCSG

Hi Matthew, just circling back on our discussion about having a discussion call with the NCSG regarding Board seat 14.  Can you tell us you availability over the next two weeks?  Council members will be in Los ANgeles next week, EPDP members the following week, but that should not be a major deterrent, we can work around the schedule.
