Thanks Raphael, are you asking for the Ethics policy doc?  I will send it to you guys shortly, before I send it to the list.  The google doc that Robin sent, I will let her send to you as she has the latest version.

I think I forgot to invite everyone who will be in Montreal to the NCSG dinner on Tuesday night, Nov 5, 7pm.  At the Burgundy Lion, www.burgundylion.com<http://www.burgundylion.com>.  We are in the whisky room, which seats 20 so I need to have you on the list if you are coming as we may run out of space.  I am about to go out to the discuss list.

I think the current system could benefit from some form of prioritization on the basis of policy work involvement or on a regional basis. I agree that the number of slots the EC currently gets might not be justified in view of other support needs (EPDP for example). I'd be willing to undertake some work on that but at the same time I'd want to know better where work is needed on that question. I know for a fact that the NCUC travel support policy is outdated, for example...
