[NCSG-EC] Follow up from call

Hi all

Apologies again for not being able to make it yesterday. A few things :

. Could one of you send me the doc to be reviewed? I understand the
recording didn't start in time but I think I have a feel for what it is
meant to be about

. Feel free to dump some stuff on me Steph if needs be!

. As for EC travel, i sure do find myself privileged to get support every
other meeting. I think the current system could benefit from some form of
prioritization on the basis of policy work involvement or on a regional
basis. I agree that the number of slots the EC currently gets might not be
justified in view of other support needs (EPDP for example). I'd be willing
to undertake some work on that but at the same time I'd want to know better
where work is needed on that question. I know for a fact that the NCUC
travel support policy is outdated, for example...

Im not done listening to the whole audio feed so more later!
