[NCSG-EC] rescinding my resignation from the position of Chair of NCSG

Hi Stephanie,

Thank you for your message. I am glad you were able to find the wider
support among our leaders and members you were looking for.

I had prepared a short list with a few examples of verbal abuse that would
not be tolerated on list, on call or in person anymore. I will circulate
that on the EC list today so that we can move forward quickly with that. It
is somewhat of a superficial matter compared to other problems we are
facing, and it would not be meant to tackle the whole range of problematic
behaviours we are faced with. But at the same time I think it is important
to restore our membership's confidence in the mailing list as a pleasant
environment for policy discussions.

As I have told you yesterday, I think that the solution lies more in
regular small steps forward rather than long preparation for a single giant
step.

Have a nice day,

Best,
