[NCSG-EC] let's finish all the outstanding membership applications

This is certainly a concern, yes. I think it somewhat echoes a previous
discussion on membership we've had as well (in the fall?)

Without changing the rules, I think we can ask more pointed questions. I
haven't consulted my own self about our GDPR compliance, but well... we can
do like ICANN org and plug our ears and sing it away? hahaha. Might be
worth "consulting" informally with other SGs/Cs in Kobe about what they ask
for?

Just a Q: will all those Kobe meetings be livestreamed and recorded?  So
that I can keep myself up to date with the discussions.
