[NCSG-EC] Urgent: need a temporary alternate for the Council meeting tomorrow

Given that this mtg is tomorrow and we really need to find someone willing and able to do it, who is already up to speed on council issues, I’d definitely be in favor of asking Sam to fill-in for the meeting and would appreciate his willingness to do it at the last moment like this.
