[NCSG-EC] pending NCSG membership applications

Hi Raoul

The fundamental problems been resolved and I have reported them. Its just
this bug which can be solved by filing a request. They are pretty fast in
resolving things and we can report five incidents every month. At the memt
we only have a couple of new members applications. When I am not the chair
anymore you need to talk to Juan and Joan who are on the tech team mailing
list where we are documenting all the resports etc.
