[NCSG-EC] [Ext] Re: NCSG Application Status

From using the Google Translator tool on the content of the website, it looks like The Legal Media Center is an organization that could be characterized as a human rights org who works for the legal protection of journalists and bloggers, which sounds definitely within NCSG’s mission and a worthwhile cause, especially coming from Kazakhstan.  I vote to approve this application.
