[NCSG-EC] NCSG Elections Timeline

Monika,

Do you remember approving these procedures during Tapani's time? I can't
find any indication of this. If it has not been approved by EC then it is
not applicable. We can discuss them on NCSG mailing list, but we need to
allow for comments, resolve the comments and get it approved by EC. Needs a
lot of time and not possible to adopt before this election.
