[NCSG-EC] NCSG history project

Thanks, Farzi.  I support sending Milton to finalize this project since he is the co-founder of NCUC and has been very active in the development of non-commercial interests at ICANN since ICANN was created.  And I think it would be terrific to additionally interview Wolfgang if he is available.
