Hi Tapani,
Thanks, I get the point. And what about Micheal - is he also covered - partially or fully?
Yes, I guess it makes sense to get Avri the hotel if we decide to appoint her,
What does Joan think?
Best wishes,
Monika
Kind regards,

Hi Monika,
Avri's flights are covered, along with hotel for two days prior the
meeting proper (when CCWG-Acct meets), but no hotel for the actual
meeting - she could use that.
Yes, it would be good if we could find someone to offer the flight,
but I would not worry all that much if we can't: even if it may feel
like a loss to us, there's no point in wasting ICANN's money just so
we get as much as possible for us.
And whoever we pick would have to take on the job of councillor,
it can't be someone who'd just be useful there otherwise.
So "strategic" use of the slot would be a bit difficult in this case.
But if we had someone who has enough experience to be useful and even
more so someone who wants to engage more in the future this would be a
good opportunity.
