[NCSG-EC] Procedural errors

Dear all,

Due to some technical problems (and slow fix on Sunday) some of my
emails yesterday took a rather long time to get through. So as an
addition to the message below I'll add that I did follow through with
Tatiana's appointment as temporary alternate so that at least should
be ok.
