Thanks, Tapani.  If Joan has any concerns about appointing Tatiana, I hope we don’t have to wait until Friday to hear them.  It would be best if we can get our NCSG council representatives back to to 100% full-strength and presumably that is our priority.  We do have a full discussion agenda on Friday, so let’s try to take care of any matters via this list that we can.
