[NCSG-EC] URGENT - Temporary alternate for tomorrow

Thanks, Tapani.  Since Ed Morris has given his NCSG membership resignation, and now we need to appoint a replacement for him on the GNSO Council, I agree with your proposal that we appoint Avri just for tomorrow, while we decide who to appoint until the annual election will fill that Council seat.
