    Dear all,
    
    It seems I wasn't overcautious but the opposite: new councillors are
    to be announced on September 1. So we need to tighten the schedule a
    little. I'll try to come up with a new timeline proposal soon (though
    I wouldn't mind if someone else gave it a go).
