[NCSG-EC] NCSG GNSO Councilor resignation?

Colleagues,

I’ve heard several rumors that one of our NCSG GNSO Councilors resigned in Jo’burg.  Not being in Jo’burg, I’m rather in the dark as to what has happened, if these rumors are true, and if the EC needs to be looking for a replacement GNSO Councilor for NCSG until the coming annual election.  

I’d appreciate being updated as to this situation at the earliest opportunity so the EC can take appropriate action.
