[NCSG-EC] temporary alternate appointments

I agree with sending the call to the list and making clear the position is A LOT of work and requires a working knowledge of GNSO and NCSG policy development activities.  Not the right place for someone who’s never participated in an ICANN working group unless they can clearly demonstrate that they can get up to speed immediately.
