[NCSG-EC] Next EC meeting - suggesting 8 September at 1300

Dear EC,

We should have a meeting sometime soon. Looking at calendar and your
timezones, I'd like to suggest Friday 8 September at 1300-1430 UTC.

Please look at your calendars and let me know if it doesn't work for you.

(In general we've tried to avoid times that would be between midnight
and 6 am for anybody. With our current composition that leaves exactly
one hour in the day, namely 1300-1400 UTC.)
