Dear Colleagues,

As we previously discussed, I?ve taken a stab at drafting some initial thoughts for procedures for removing NCSG members pursuant to our charter.

So please take a look at this Google doc and make comments accordingly:

I realize this document is not exhaustive of what we need to cover in the procedures, but it will get us started with a discussion and outline a framework for proceeding.  Also, the numbers in the document refer specifically to paragraphs in the NCSG charter and are listed for reference).
