[EC-NCSG] Hyderabad travel

Hello Tapani,

As I will be in the air later and won't access my email soon, my opinion is
that , I propose the slot is given to an NCUC member that has been active
within our policy discuss as Marilia is NCUC   I do not know if Farzi is
going?, but that comes top of my head if I call a name to be nominated.
Anyway I will go with any decusion taken just my opinion.
