[EC-NCSG] Next EC meeting 25 Nov?

Dear EC members,

I would like to have at least one mode EC meeting this year, but my
calendar for the rest of the year is rather full - in fact the only
Friday I'll be home is November 25. So I would like to suggest that
for our meeting.

As for the hour, I'm flexible. I haven't looked at exacly where DST
changes leave us, but I fear it'll inevitably be night for someone.
Maryam, could you look up our timezones now and suggest some possible
times?

I'm still in India, returning late on the 19th, and with limited
network connectivity - probably reading email only once or twice
daily. So apologies in advance for slow replies.
