[EC-NCSG] EC meeting on Tuesday

Dear EC members,

I'm putting together agenda for our meeting on Tuesday
(13:45 India time). So far I've got:

* member applications - quite a few new ones, and
  at least one we left pending will be there in person
  
* member removal procedures (I trust you'll all read
  Robin's draft)
  
* civicrm (hoping Martin's got something about the
  board interface ready by then)
