[EC-NCSG] Next EC meeting

Dear (sic) all,

Both 12th and 19th February seem difficult at least for Klaus (there's
no sensible time when we have people in both East and West coast of
US, Europe and Australia), we could try to have EC meeting this week
when four of us are in LA, with Monika joining remotely.

I know I'm late with this, I won't blame you if you have made other
plans and the intersessional schedule is pretty packed, but if we
were able to find a suitable time it'd help a lot, otherwise we
won't have a good time for several weeks and may have to make
do with a time all can't join.

If I got the timezones right, noon in LA would be 7am (next day) for
Monika, so we'd be looking at afternoon or evening PST.

In particular, Friday evening after last session ends at 6pm would
be an obvious possibility, depending on travel times - I'm only
leaving LA on Saturday so it'd work for me.
Otherwise we might be able to find at least 60 minute slot somewhere
(noon on Wednesday for example, or before the reception on Thursday).

Rudi, Robin, Klaus: how tight is your schedule in LA and when are
you leaving? Would Friday evening work for you?
Other possible times?

Monika, how's your schedule this week, could you make it
at such a short notice?
