[EC-NCSG] Travelers to LA and Marrakech

Dear Rudi and Robin, all,

It would certainly be easy for me if NPOC wants to make it a rule that
NPOC Chair uses their NCSG EC travel slot by default. It would make a
lot of sense when NPOC Chair is also in NCSG EC like now.

So, Rudi, I take it I can notify Glen that you will be using one of
NCSG travel slots to Marrakech, and in the future I can assume same
unless and until notified of a non-default selection.

On the other hand it might not work as well with NCUC, when NCSG EC
appointees do not include NCUC chair. But there is no reason for both
constituencies to be identical here, so I'll assume NCUC appointees
here will continue to agree with each other and check with NCUC Chair
and EC as needed and notify me as early as possible which one of you
will be using the travel slot.

Thank you,

Tapani
