I got this request from CONAC, so following the provisions in NCSG charter
(2.2.9 for "the loss of membership"), we are able to handle this. I will

As China Organizational Name Administration Center (CONAC) has signed
Registry Agreement with ICANN for two new Chinese gTLDs, we think it may
not be proper for being listed as NCUC member any more.



Being a NCUC member have helped us more involved in ICANN and pay more
attention to users? interest, we appreciate the constituency?s openness and
inclusiveness.
